Service was professional, courteous, and efficient. I was prepared to leave the car overnight, and I was told that was necessary. Parts had to be picked up. I had a free Uber ride home. Then, I received a call-parts had been picked up. My car was ready the same day, I had a complimentary Uber ride back to Copeland. My car now runs fine. My service rep., Dave Walsh, provided outstanding service.

My car was supposed to come with all weather mats. Still waiting for the one in the trunk. Customer service is lacking. No response to Text.
