They did the maintenance and everything seemed okay, but 4 days later I’m seeing a “check engine light” on my dashboard

The first sale rep that we tried to work with was not a good fit. The sales manager saw that and assigned a new rep. The new rep was a good fit and we closed on the Tesla we wanted to buy. In addition to working with our new rep, the finance manager came to our rescue when we had an issue with the credit union we tried to finance with. He was able to get us a loan at a better rate.

We had an ok/good experience the first time we stepped into this dealer shop with the sellers in general, but we had a second great experience with Youssef!

Overall straight forward and easy process from beginning to end. Mindful of my time limitations each time I came in.

I went to a few dealerships that week and Copeland Toyota by far made it the easiest to go through all the steps with the financing, they were all the friendly as the nicest people.

Your customer service is extraordinary. Our salesman, Romeo, couldn’t ask for a mire knowledgeable person. He knew the vehicle inside and out. Not only was he very knowledgeable, he was friendly courteous polite and not to mention , a sharp dresser and a very handsome young lad.
