They are honest when accessing work your vehicle needs. I have nothing more to add ti my comment.
Everyone is friendly, NOT pushing and helpful . It’s very easy to get an appointment with service and the customer service department is always helpful.
They are very efficient in their scheduling times. They get work done quickly and they provide flexible payment options for big repairs.
Very professional.people are friendly and thorough. They are time conscious. Very highly recommend their service department.
I brought my car in for an unusual electrical problem in the rear lights and Copeland took care of the issue. Price to fix was better then I expected.
My only issue was not being provided a loaner car while my car was there
