I always have a pleasant experience when I take my vehicle in for service. My advisor, Jim, was informative, courteous, and pleasant. However, i was upset that my driver's side was not vacuumed as it usually is.

I enjoyed working with Bob from the initial meeting. He was honest and informative. In these negotiations, there will always be give and take. Bob remained professional and respectful throughout that process. Ultimately, we got to a prce that was agreeable to both parties. I would recommend BOb to any friend looking to purchase a Nissan.

Always a friendly face and appointments are readily available. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful
