Kept my car for 6 days and charged me $200 to tighten a bolt on the inside of my rear door.
My car needed a new engine. I was given a brand new in-house loaner which I drive for 2.5 weeks while my car was serviced. What a pleasure! My service manager, Izzy, was knowledgeable, professional and listened to all my concerns. This was a good experience. I recommend the dealership, from whom I bought my car 12 years ago and I recommend the service department.
