I agreed to a down payment so that they would transport a truck up from another dealership for me to look at. The email from the sales person explicitly stated that my down payment would be refunded if i decided that I didn't want the truck. I decided I didn't want the truck and they refused to refund me. I never signed anything or ever met them face to face. All communications was through email so i have documentation showing they have no grounds to keep my money. I tried calling the sales manager and he claimed I committed to buying a vehicle from them and would not read through the email conversation i had with the sales person. I would never do business with them in any capacity again!

Bought a new silverado from Sedlak. When I went to pick up my new truck it did not have the options I was told I was getting. Dealer refused to take the truck back or make it right in any way. The truck also had a defect in the carpet, a stain on the rear bumper, and the predelivery cleaning was terrible.
