GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! (KRIS DEPALERNO and THE BURLINGTON TEAM)
I was actually on my way to drive over 2 hours to pick up a car at Ciocca that I have been waiting 3 weeks for. However, the night before, they called me and told me I couldn’t get a Pre Purchase Inspection before buying the car. I was so frustrated we decided to stop at Burlington Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge because they had a newer version of the same car. Now this went against my strategy for buying a car with negotiating a deal before going in to see it but I figured if it didn’t work out we would just leave and buy the car I intended to. I had also bought another car a few days ago for my other daughter which was a great experience. I explained all of this to Kris and he said he would try very hard to match that experience. Kris lived up to the hype! He was easy going with no pressure. Kris and Trevor worked hard to get us to a great price and didn’t play around with my rate. In fact, they came back with the lowest rate beating my credit union and the other dealership that we just bought from. They let us take the car for the weekend to get a Pre Purchase Inspection and assured us that they would address any issue that came back. Pete from finance was funny, fair, and honest. My daughter got a kick out of listening to him. We got the inspection done where the previous owner purchased and serviced the vehicle and they raved about how well Burlington prepared the car for sale. They did state that the incorrect battery for this car was installed due to its auto start stop feature and they highly recommended spark plugs due to the mileage. I sent it to Kris and they took care of all of it. Every time I texted Kris he would call me back and offer his help. Jake in Service was friendly and did everything to accommodate us. I’ve been preparing for war to purchase my daughter’s vehicles and this was an amazing experience. There are great dealerships out there with exceptional people. I wouldn’t hesitate one bit to recommend or buy from them again. Great job Burlington!!!

Just completed my purchase of my 2020 Ram 1500 Laramie. The process could not have been any easier. It was so refreshing going to a car dealership where every person I dealt with was honest, polite, informative, and extremely helpful. My sales associate, Brandon Cummings, was absolutely awesome! Prior to coming to Burlington CDJR the used car buying experience was awful...deceptive pricing, hidden fees, high pressure tactics, and a general disregard for honesty. I left Burlington CDJR with a beautiful truck, a fantastic deal and a reinforcement of my belief that there are actually people and businesses that take great pride in providing real honest to goodness customer service. Thank you Isaac, Zach, Gus, Pete, and especially Brandon for a tremendous experience. I would not hesitate going back to shop for another vehicle. By the way...they are open for business... the construction you see from the street is not stopping them from providing outstanding deals. I also recommend the hot chocolate if you stop by.

My wife and I visited the dealership on 10/23/21. We were immediately met (in a friendly and welcoming manner) by Carl Collins upon arrival. I was in the market for a very specific (2016-2018 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali 6.2l) truck and City had one of about a dozen within a 50 mile radius of me so I knew exactly what I was looking for and this 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali with 33k miles was just it. Judging from the online pictures and ad, this one looked to be the cleanest with the lowest miles and competitively priced (relative to the other dealers and the current market).
Carl pulled the truck up and it did not disappoint. Clearly, the previous (and sole)owner treated this truck as if it were a prized item. Not to take away from the professionalism of the dealership, but the truck sold itself on the spot. Moving onto the paperwork and closing the deal, Carl was very professional, intelligent and polite (not pushy at all) throughout the process of us considering if we were going to seal the deal or not. After a few minutes of consideration, it was settled and I wanted to drive the truck home. Carl and his team provided a very competitive finance % and term which I found acceptable and we began the process. Shortly after, we moved into Pete Trolene's office to finish the paperwork. This was done promptly, efficiently, and very friendly. The entire process from the test drive to driving home was handled extremely professionally.
I now have my dream truck in my driveway and can thank Carl and Pete for helping me to do so! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Thanks City!
****UPDATE 10/5/2022:
When I purchased my truck, I was provided a silver customer card which included complimentary benefits up to one year later such as an oil change, tire rotation/alignment, and winter/spring safety checks, complimentary with the nearly $50,000 purchase that I had made in 10/2021. On 10/5/2022, I arrived after making an appointment to get my complimentary tire alignment as per the terms of the initial sale. I was advised that as of 10/3/2022, the dealership was no longer honoring these cards. This is due to recently being sold to new ownership that decided, abruptly, to no longer agree to terms that had been agreed upon by the previous ownership. Your opinion may differ from mine, but I believe this to be terrible business practice. I would venture to call it unethical and highly unprofessional. Again, this was not the staff on location, this is the new ownership. I can no longer support or endorse doing business with this dealership. Thank you to the 2 staff members who accomodated me and assisted with giving me 50% off of the service, but they should never even had to do that if the new owners practiced proper ethics and integrity. This is just my opinion, but I would like it to be known to any potential patrons of the dealership. Thank you.
I got a fair deal on both sides. Fast and easy. Happy with my deal. Great warranty hopefully I won’t need to use it
