My right front tire somehow found a nail on a Saturday around noon. I took a chance and found the service department open. Bobby Cook was very helpful and said he could work me in. I was delighted that I was able to get this taken care of so quickly. Your customer waiting room is very comfortable and appealing. Love my local Chevy dealership!

They refused to do warranty work on our traverse. They they changed the back brakes, but knocked the front. Now the front is squeaking and making a noise, and when I got mad about it. And said something they refused to, they refused to fix the brakes and told me to go somewhere else.After, i've been loyal to this dealership for years and years
