Service has been very good. I had the oil/filter changed, alignment, tires rotated and all completed within an hour and half while waiting.
They have been pretty good. I did have a vibrating issue with my car that has never been fixed but overall, everyone was nice and helpful.
They took care of the recall and helped me with an issue I was having with my wipers. Showed me a solution.
Very responsive when I reached out, fixed the vehicle as soon as the part was available
April 21, 2026 1 PM Oil Change appointment on time, including Theft Detector recall update install + NYS June 02, 2026 Inspection appointment scheduling. Five Stars , mission accomplished! This is our second East Rochester Kia Sorento three year lease, having recently paid off a 5 year Kia buyout of our second three year lease.
