Nancy, the service writer is always friendly and very helpful. Usually hate dealing with a dealership service dept, but this one I don't mind at all.

Was down from Massachusetts getting away from the water. We pulled our camper down for a month stay. We stopped at Chiefland and checked out there new used 2500's found we liked. Worked closely with the sales team . Came to a decent deal! Driving home now with our new to us 2024 Ram 2500, had only 26k Mike's smells like new and pulled the camper like a champ! Thanks Chiefland! Definitely recommend!
Dealership met all of my expectations with the sale. Also the service department went out of their way to make sure a faulty trailer brake controller was replaced so I could tow my fifth wheel camper back to NY.
Very helpful I am very happy with this truck so far. I have had few problems and the service has been fine. Now don't ask me any more questions
