What Others Say

My experience with the service department was beyond exceptional. All personnel are eager to help and the service manager was extremely generous.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel like people should know about my experience. I drove 2.5 hours from out of town with cash in hand after speaking with Uriel about purchasing a vehicle. He knew we were making the trip specifically to buy the car. Unfortunately, the experience from the moment we arrived felt unprofessional. The vehicle was listed at one price online, but when we got there it was over $3,000 higher. I understand taxes, title, and registration fees, and I expected those. However, I did not expect or would have accepted additional prep fees when the vehicle clearly hadn't been properly detailed. There was compound residue left all over the exterior of the car, scratches on the rims and roof that were never disclosed, and after driving home that evening since had traveled I realized one headlight had a bright output bulb while the other was a standard bulb. This was especially disappointing after being told the vehicle had been fully inspected and they knew we wouldn’t have seen since looked at during the day time. Uriel was friendly, but I only spoke with him for about 20 minutes before everything had to go through a manager. During negotiations, we agreed on a purchase price of $24,000 even and signed the paperwork. Then the manager left to get "approval," came back, and said they could only offer a $100 discount from the original price instead. At that point, the paperwork we had already signed should have been voided before asking us to sign new documents. It made the entire process feel misleading. Especially since he kept emphasizing how they have lost 6k on this car already and wanted to sell by end of the month, which is not our problem. What really left a bad impression was what happened after I paid. Once the sale was complete, both the salesman and the manager disappeared. Instead of thanking us for making the drive or handing over the vehicle themselves, a completely different employee came out with the keys. After driving over two hours to make a cash purchase, it felt like customer service ended the moment they had my money. I'm grateful that I was in a financial position to pay cash, even after being continuously pressured into just doing financing, but that doesn't excuse the way this transaction was handled. I expected honesty, transparency, and professionalism throughout the process. I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership, and I would not recommend them to friends or family.

In the end it was a nightmare. Would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Very hacked off

I was ready to buy and even offered to have my bank wire the funds, but this dealership insisted that I finance through their lender or they wouldn't sell me the truck. The entire process felt unnecessarily difficult, and communication was slow. The sales representative dragged things out to the point that I decided to look elsewhere. I ended up working with Bruce Lowrie, and the difference was night and day. They accepted a wire transfer without any issues, were responsive throughout the process, and treated me with respect. The transaction was simple and efficient—I showed up, signed one paper, and drove away in about ten minutes. Buying a vehicle shouldn't feel like you're begging someone to take your money. I wish I had gone there first.

Received a price over the phone and they did not honor the quoted price at the dealership. Salesman Michael was very helpful, the finance department are the ones that made the error. It was our fault also for not catching it until after.

Jim Carrier was exceptional in his assistance and professionalism. The process was smooth and the vehicles were great. Everyone was friendly and very helpful.
