My sales associate was Brenda Loudermilk, one of the best experiences buying a car I have ever had, no one was pushy or trying to pressure me into buying.I spoke with Scott McNeill and his family while I was there and very welcoming, everyone there seemed to be happy I was there. Great place and great group of people to do business with. But I can't say enough about Brenda Loudermilk, we had several different conversations not pertaining to the vehicle. And she answered every question I had about the car and was very knowledgeable about it. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future,
Alyssa Lausch in service is amazing!! I brought my vehicle in for a 20,000 mile service and she had them check everything on it. She even went over the 100 point inspection with me and explained everything great!!! I will defiantly be coming back here to have all of my vehicles serviced with Alyssa!!
please stay away from this dealer, liar's cheats, crooks, worst service dept. ever, spent $3400.00 to repair my truck had to have it towed home. looking for a good repair shop now, never do business with Mcneill again.
I have always bought Nissans and was a firm believer in their product. However, after this experience I will never buy another Nissan and the only recommendation that I will give anyone when it comes to McNeil Nissan is to run the other way. In October 2022, I bought a 2023 Platinum Nissan Pathfinder. I was super excited about the car until I took it in for its 10,000 mile service. What was supposed to be a quick visit turned into a 4 hour wait. I was informed that the battery in the Pathfinder charge was low and that they needed to run an hour long test on it. After this test they reported that they were replacing the battery. As I was leaving the dealership the service manager shared with me that they are seeing problems with the batteries in the new Pathfinders not holding a charge and they are having to warranty a lot of batteries out. However, there was nothing he could do because Nissan hadn't acknowledged the problem or issued a recall. His solution was to bring the car by weekly to have the battery checked. This was obviously unacceptable. I spent a lot of money on what I thought was a reliable car, not something that needed to be checked on weekly to make sure it would not leave my family stranded. I ended up trading the car with 10k miles on it. Fast forward to today. I am currently waiting for McNeil Nissan to process the refund on the extended warranty and GAP insurance that I bought on the car. I sent in all the requested paperwork on June 1st to Angie McNeil in accounting. I found out this afternoon by calling the extended warranty company and GAP insurance that Angie still has not submitted the paperwork from June 1st. This explains why she has ignored my multiple emails and phone calls. The combined cost for the warranty and GAP insurance was over $5,000. I understand this is a lot of money to lose a commission on, but it is not theirs to keep. I also called and spoke with the finance manager, Edward Garvin, today and explained the situation. He stated that Angie was in the office and attempted to transfer the call to her. I tried to ask him not to transfer the call to her but he was so quick to dismiss my concerns that he didn't give me a chance to say anything. Of course, the call went to voicemail with no response. I have waited patiently for McNeil Nissan to reply to me. I really did not want to leave a negative review, but I have no other option. They refuse to acknowledge me. It really makes me think that this is a struggling car dealership. Look at their empty lot and their service department that is only open every other weekend. I am at a loss for words and quite frankly feel that they have stolen my money.
Absolutely terrible place to buy a car from. They do bad business and lie. My experience is too horrible to write about. I now have a very disappointed 17 almost 18 year old and wasted my time and money. Now need to cancel loan I had out on a car. Do NOT do business here
I stopped in for just an oil change, but the team did more than that. Thank you for taking the time to really look at my car and notice damage and a leak that could have been detrimental if not caught. I'm almost at my 60k warranty and the upcoming repair is still covered by the warranty. Thank you for taking care of me and my car, especially since another dealership I recently visited did not catch this issue ahead of time. I am now a permanent customer while living in the high country.
