Chad Edge was my service advisor. He listen to me carefully and then shared the path the techs would take. My service needs were met and done in a timely manor. Chad's work ethic needs to be noticed and rewarded. You need to make sure he stays with the AutoStar group. He will be a huge reason why customers keep coming back.
