Was working on a deal with Christian on a Mazda. Came to an agreement on a price and put down when I was told by Tom was a fully refundable deposit if anything happened. Paid them, then not a third party PPI done, the mechanic was not allowed to drive the car, and discovered that along with the rotors being rusted there were multiple break codes on the car cleared. Decided not to go through with the purchase because of this, seemed like a health risk, tried to contact them about getting said deposit back and have heard nothing. They also lied on my credit application and doubled my income monthly, that one I'll have to talk to Huntington National Bank directly about. Be aware they say one thing and to another, will take your money for no services.

Called in to get a safety recall addressed on my brakes in my car. Service rep told me they will not fix it I have to get on the schedule (2 weeks out). I find this unacceptable. The dealer/ford is passing their mistake on to the customer as I have cared for this car and completed all maintenance on time. The recall states all that needs to happen is the control module needs to be updated. Like a 5 minute fix. Ford dealer is the only place that can apply this update to the vehicle. If I die in a car crash because my brakes didn't work please put " thanks bill knight ford" on my gravestone.
