This dealer changes hands frequently in both sales, service, and even the owners, so you build relationships and lose them. They are friendly, though, and they seem to be honest in my experience, but they do take advantage of being a monopoly in the area, so expect to pay considerably more for service than you would in LA or whatever where there is more competition. Sometimes they are pretty slow getting parts, without much inventory in stock, so expect your car to be in the shop for a long time. The new owners are also stingy with loaner cars, so you are probably on your own there as well. They are generally very pleasant to work with, especially on the service side.
BUYER BEWARE - I started working with the dealership Thursday last week to purchase a vehicle, and on Friday the same week we had things completed/negotiated and on Saturday same week even have the deposit given of $5k. Right the Monday after it started with one thing after another to get this completed, otherwise the deal will fall through get this completed, otherwise the deal will fall through I ignored, and let it all be to give them the benefit of the doubt even though I felt something shady was going on and this continued on every time I would do something or give something they requested and then on Tuesday (today) I was told a customer came in that is willing to pay more money so we are giving the vehicle to them and we will find you another one. The decided this was ok to do even though I have paid a $5000 deposit, sent all the required docs including ids and signed all the paperwork sent to me (only thing remaining was the final wire payment for the full cash purchase). You cannot put your trust in them as many other people have commented about their integrity. It’s better to deal with a dealership you’re not going to have to worry that your deal is going to not be processed due to them getting a higher deal after they have firm sold you a vehicle. Save your self the hassle and work with a trustworthy dealership especially when they are selling high end brands a few thousand is not going to make a difference. Another funny thing was the comments that it’s coming from “my manager”, but the name would not be given until you asked about who the manager was. Pictures of the conversation will be posted once names/pics are removed.
