We brought our Edge in the night before for service the next day. At close to 2 PM the next day I text the service advisor for a readiness. 74 minutes! later I received a response. Moments later a different service advisor call to say, it would be near 5 PM before the vehicle would be ready. We dropped the vehicle off the night before to prevent getting caught in 5 PM traffic. Beyond the mid-70s year old and raining, we senior citizens make plans not to get caught like this. As far as the actual service work. It is too early to comment. Don’t misconstrue, we have 2 vehicles from Shelor and their service department is the only ones to have serviced our vehicles.

We have purchased 3 vehicles from Shelor's over a 25-year period, all at fair prices. We are still driving all 3. All transactions have been professionally handled. Salespeople are knowledgeable and instill confidence in their honesty. They answer questions with no judgement when we are puzzled by the differences between a 2000 and 2025 vehicle. We are very satisfied.
Shelor does an excellent job and seems to have excellent technicians, especially for electric vehicles. Waiting area is nice and I especially like the business lounge.
Super efficient and easy to work with the people at Shelor. They always make things easy and clear to understand.
Vehicle sat on lot for 3.5 untouched. Waited several weeks for my appointment. Dealership should have contacted me to reschedule prior to appointment or a minimum the 1st 2 days it sat. Dealership left vehicle unsecured with key in vehicle after hours. Disappointed in the entire process and lack of communication.
