Incredible experience! Everyone was extremely helpful. I felt supported, not pressured the entire time I was at the dealership.

The friendly service and support from the entire staff was so good that I wanted to buy from them. From Jacob (and Nicole) to Stan the Mini Genius and Julie the Sales-manager they were all top notch. I wasn’t at the BMW dealership, but the Mini Cooper dealership.

This was a pleasurable car buying experience. Our sales person, Anthony, was knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to find us the car we were after and made us comfortable throughout. My reason for docking one star was the finance experience. This was a higher pressure sales experience for selling a bunch of the dealer add-ons, extended warranty, etc. I ended up rethinking everything he talked us into and canceled all the add-ons the next day. I'm looking forward to working with the dealership for maintenance of my new car.
