I been to other dealerships that push sales for electronics and gadgets. Some were push to buy now. 82nd Auto Mall is family oriented and treats people with respect. This company does not push for sales, but sees you feel comfortable in your selection. No pushing to sell electrics or gadgets here. They answered all my questions honestly which I was pleased with After making my selection of my choice, test drive vehicle and fell in love with my selection. Jimmy was extremely helpful in showing me not only the vehicle but allowing me for time to look over thoroughly at motor and under vehicle. Jimmy worked hard to get the price adjustments at a price I can say yes to. After all said and done, I drove out with a vehicle I am very proud of. Thank to Jimmy and team, I will never shop another dealership again

Sales and financing staff were fun to work with and made the buying process as easy as could be.

Vehicle we were looking for from their website was not there. Sales associate said it sold days ago. Asked about another vehicle that was there. They had no information about,not even a price. Most of their vehicles had no price and the sales associate was clueless. Total waste of time.

This dealership was great! Got the car I wanted at the price I wanted and they even saved me money! I’d buy from them again in a heartbeat.

They never responded to my email inquiry. This is the reason for the poor rating.
