This is not a welcoming environment. The front desk guys are not friendly. They may be effective, but it wouldn’t hurt for them to say Hello! Good morning, How are you? This isn’t the first time I’ve been there. It’s almost like a culture that has been set by whoever’s in charge.
lines on back up camera not working, after several visits the issue still has not been resolved. I get the impression no one has any idea how to correct the problem. Todd in service has been excellent as a go between but that's not getting the issue fixed.

I went in, knowing what I needed/wanted and what my budget was. I worked with J.R. who did everything he could to make my experience fast and hassel free. I am a rational person who can understand what a dealership can and can not do. They can't unload a vehicle without making something on it. I also knew that the price they had it at was a great price, but in line with physical condition. They were able to get me a better interest rate than anywhere online said I could possibly hope for with my credit rating. It got me to my top most ability for car payment, but was what I wanted for what I could afford. J.R. worker hard in a short amount of time. It could not have been easier or more hassel free.
