Ali Ahar had an amazing personality and interacted with interest in us a people. He explained all financing perfectly and did not try to "up sale" asked questions but did not feel pressured. Improvement opportunity - attempt to decrease wait time, were there about 5 1/2 hrs but we came in prepared, knowing what we wanted and did not require a test drive.

Was able to find the exact color, trim, etc. car at a fair price at Coulter Cadillac. Was not really concerned about which dealer I purchased the car at. Worked with Ted in sales who delivered the car, and was great to work with. After two months and several inquiries, still waiting for the purchase documents. Car needed some warranty work taken care of at Coulter service. I felt updates and communication could have been better as the car was in the shop for eight days before I heard anything. Work was completed in just less than two weeks. The car buying experience was very smooth and the warranty service experience fairly average for a GM dealership. Overall, I would recommend this dealership, though somewhat tepid. I got the car in the spec I wanted, and I'm very happy with it.

Nothing but great things to say about the Coulter Cadillac team. Bradley is one of my favorite sales associates that I have ever dealt with. I have dealt with pushy car salesmen in the past and Bradley was the complete opposite of that in the best way, which I appreciated. He went the extra mile and really wanted to ensure that the vehicle was a fit for us and that we were satisfied. I felt our trade in was valued fairly & the price for the vehicle we purchased was fair. All around great experience. Thx.
