Sales and service work hand and hand to earn and retain your business. Two company cars and two personal vehicles over a decade is a testimony in itself, but having residence an hour away from Fred Martin Superstore speaks earned loyalty.
Worked with Brian and then Joey who were both helpful. Nick however was another story. The manager’s tone was dismissive, and his approach came across as condescending, particularly when discussing my questions about the vehicle. As a woman making a significant purchase, I expect to be treated with professionalism and courtesy, regardless of assumptions. This experience did not reflect those standards. Do better Nick.

Tim was amazing salesman he didn't try to sale us on anything he was very polite in his approach and thats why i loved the experience we had there today my wife loves her new vehicle we’ll definitely be back there when we need another vehicle hope he is still there
