What Others Say

They overcharged us nearly $3000. Don’t return calls. Lie. One of the key FOBs was for a different VIN#. That cost us an extra $400. Warning - do not trust these people. Take your business elseware.

Maria was great! Roger was very knowledgable and our entire process took less than 2 hours!! We left with the vehicle we wanted and a great deal! Roger swapped out the floor mats for the ones we wanted and he paid our first month's payment! I checked the paperwork from our previous KIA we bought 10 years ago and our % rate, payment and term are all less for this upgraded new model! Awesome!

Give “Grand West Kia” a chance! New ownership Very patient with us! They had what I wanted I got what I wanted Very pleasant process

Well, I just read some of the reviews for Grand Kia West and probably would not have visited. I, in turn, had a very positive experience. Our original connection was via internet. I received a call from John and Gaylene. A few days later I visited the dealership where I was greeted by the staff. Shortly afterward, when Gaylene went to bring my Sportage around for a test drive, Maria the co-owner, came over to talk. It wasn't sales pitchy at all. We talked about our kids, where we originated from, etc. I was in a hurry. They respected such] and made the process efficient. Questions asked and answered. I told them what I wanted to pay, they made it happen. No games as far as I could see. They arranged for me to drive the SUV home for the evening (because I was in a hurry and didn't have time to deal with paperwork.) I returned the next day even more happy with my decision. Signed paperwork, spent time visiting with one of the sales personnel and off I went. I kept waiting for the bomb to drop...never happened. I would do business with these folk again without hesitation. Pamela, Gypsum, CO

I will keep this short. I second the thoughts of Mackenzie and several others in their reviews. NOWHERE on the sweepstakes form does it say I did not win the $1000 cash prize. Several place on the form it does say I won. It even shows the odds of winning the $1000 at 2 in 75000. These people need to educate themselves as to what a lie is. If lies and empty promises is how you lure people into your business, then we must assume that you are desperate and are on the verge of closing your dealership. Myself and my wife both called before going to the dealership to make sure this wasn't a scam. We where both told we had won the money with no strings attached. My lawyer will educate the owners soon. See you in court..
