Keith was helpful and supportive. The rest of the experience was more of a typical “used car salesman” experience. The sales manager didn’t even introduce himself, I had to make a point to introduce myself. The team squeezed the pocketbook of our household budget(as if there was more flexibility in our budget then the multimillion annual operating budget they have, not to mention the tax incentives and shields), more concerned about making the sale to whomever was in the seat and inflating extra little cost here and there, rather than partnering with me ensuring I got the vehicle and services I was looking for at a price point that was fair to all. That will be remembered for our future business, as I noted we were shopping for more than a vehicle, but a relationship as our family owns more than 1 Toyota and our previous dealer was caught lying to us. Had I not become sickened with the shopping experience in general, I would have left without purchasing. We will see where things lead from here.

Excellent service at sale and finance dept.The sales person, Matt was very nice, professional and he gave us personal space and time we really appreciate it. He truly deserves not 5 but 6 stars.
