Dave was very helpful during the purchase process answering any questions I had and providing me with the financial picture so I could make a decison. When I picked up my new car he was very patient and spent a lot of time with me explaining many of the features, especially the tech related ones I did not have in my previous Civic. He also assured me he would be available to answer any questions I had as I adjusted to my new car. Felt he really went out of his way to assist me however I needed.
