Listen David was very helpful and kind. The process was very smooth and quick. I was in and out within an hour and I got a great deal!

Refused to Stop Automated Contact After Explicit Requests — CRM Abuse During Legal Case I originally contacted Vacaville GMC to explore options while resolving a fraudulent vehicle purchase from another dealership. I was transparent from the start: I’m currently working with attorneys, awaiting loan cancellation and a refund, and submitted a credit application here to prepare for my next steps. I made it explicitly clear that I did not want to receive any automated communications and that I wanted to hear back from only a human being with a status update of my credit application so that I could decide whether to shop for a vehicle I can pay for in cash while I awaited the current loan to fall off my credit after the cancellation. Despite this, I was contacted repeatedly by “Emma,” a bot-style CRM agent that kept messaging me as if we’d never spoken — even after I asked them to stop via email, chat, and text. I told them clearly: Stop messaging me. I only want human contact with direct access to my application. They acknowledged my request multiple times, yet continued spamming me. Their system disregarded: SMS opt-out requests Email unsubscribe confirmations Human-stated boundaries Even worse, their chat rep refused to escalate to a supervisor. The entire interaction made me feel like a sales lead in a funnel — not a real person facing an urgent legal situation involving a prior dealer’s fraud. This is CRM harassment, not customer service. I’ve attached screenshots of the live chat, text message threads, and emails to document the full pattern. I’m extremely disappointed in Vacaville GMC’s handling of this. You don't treat a potential customer — especially one navigating litigation — like this. Employee(s) Dealt With: Jason (Sales), Savannah H. (Chat), “Emma” (Automated CRM), Emma Williams (Email) Would you recommend this dealership to a friend? No.

This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! David Messano and the entire GMC Vacaville team were absolutely incredible! They made my daughter’s first time buying a car a simple process while making sure she understood everything and felt comfortable as a new buyer. We looked at multiple options until we found the right fit. We walked away knowing we got the best deal and a great reliable car that she loved! If you’re in need of a car go visit GMC Vacaville and ask for David.

David was super helpful and insightful. He was able to answer every question I had about a vehicle!

Review: Truly this was an amazing experience. David made the process simple, easy, and quick. Very professional staff. The GM Steve was awesome and leads a great team. Michael was very thorough with the financing paperwork as well. I'd recommend any one to come work with this team to get the best deal possible. Phil

Don't trust them! The finance department will lie to your face. I worked in the car business for years and am aware of the tactics they use to maximize their profit. This dealer puts add-ons on their vehicles and forces you to buy them if you want the vehicle. Worse yet, they lie to try and slide them in. This has been the case for years so don't buy the story "they are under new management". Same scams, same scammers. Go to Roseville or Elk Grove. You will be better off.
