Rob Delbo and his management team are the most unethical I have ever came across. They sold me a car remotely. Told me paper work when is the mail after they had resold the jeep. Then instead of telling me that they did not value my business and sold the car we had a deal on to someone else, they ghosted me for 3 days. Lots of text documentation to send off to the proper people. If the state agrees with me, they will not be eligible to take advantage of customers in the future.

Went to this dealership for routine oil change, tire rotation and a rear brake squealing. Vehicle still under warranty, when service was completed staff started the checkout process never mentioning anything about my complaint. When I asked, they responded it was normal and blew me off. Less then a week later I recieved an email stating that I declined two recommended service items by them. These items were never even brought to my attention at anytime during my visit. Dealership, responded to several of my reviews stating they did or would be reaching out to me, that never happened either. These people could care less about thier customers or thier service.

This is my 2nd lease our sales person is Don Seebold excellent place to get a vehicle I told them what I wanted and that’s what I got we will keep going back

We have purchased and leased our last few vehicles from Barry. He is very friendly, thorough, and knows what we like. Always does a great job meeting our needs. The Service crew has always done a great job as well.

My wife and l bought a new 2021 ram and a used 2015 ram. We were treated with the utmost respect during the process. Rob, our salesman was great to work with and did a great job of explaining things to us. Dan, the finance specialist is awesome. He knows who will take your loan per your situation so your credit report isn't run 20 or so times. Both guys were great to work with and we will definitely buy from again.
