The service center is a joke. Quote was extremely overpriced and when I declined to fix the issue they still charged a diagnostic fee. Would not recommend using this service center and will not purchase from this location in the future.
I went in to fix my radio and back up camera. after 3 hours of 150 and hour they decide to tell me it wasn't covered under my warranty. I proceeded to get my truck fixed. when I got back in my truck to leave, the mechanic who fixed my truck had literally threw my personal items all over my truck. back seat, front seat, floor. my glasses were just thrown. I had mud all over my seat. no apologies, just was. I have never had a mechanic take such little care with a vehicle. I personally will never go back or reccomend anyone does.
Dave Bosworth completed our purchase of a 2025 Toyota RAV4 in 24 hours. He took great care to complete all paperwork, registering, and obtaining insurance cards from our insurance company. The dealership made the experience hassle free on our part. I appreciated having my phone set with the car and Dave's tutorial with the technology. He even sent a thank you note. Just bought our first Toyota from John Flint @ Steet Toyota in June a 2019 Camry .I like this car.In Sept . we bought a 2020 Carolla from John .This man is a credit to his profession no hardball tactics honest & upfront.We had a small paint issue which he took care of right away .Thank you John & the man who did the work.We both are happy campers.In a few years we will be back.
Everything was great the detailing was bad dir Who ever heard of selling a car and having to wait for the title the detailing was bad dirty windshield spots on doors Steve was great financing was great
I had to drive 3.5 hours to get to this place and only to know that they were trying to sell me a vehicle with a big rust spot at the tailgate. and also later found out that why it took so long to get out from the service to do the test drive was a fluid leak from the engine and water pump leak. And also they acted like they didn't know about the issues the vehicle had until I pointed them out to the salesmen. If I'm spending big chunk of money in this I have to make sure that I’m getting the best out of it. It was a 2017 Highlander XLE. Do you really think a customer believe that you don't know the issue a vehicle has in your inventory? Specially a lease buyout From the 1st owner with a thorough inspection??
