Truck was sold fee minutes before my arrival, took me 1hr to drive and I didn't get any update, I was offered other truck I didn't like.I wouldn't recommend this place, I will never forget back there again and won't advise to anybody-taking customers for granted for sure.

Dealing at Papa's was one of the most pleasant happening I've ever experienced buying a car. From the outside, the building looks similar to most any automobile retail establishment however, once inside one finds a wonder world of fabulously displayed new and used automobiles plus old motorcycles, old classic cars, a super nice diner and yesteryear memorabilia all over the place. I loved it. While I only met one salesman, a young man by the of Evan who was a super knowledgable guy I found the most friendly support staff that I've ever encountered while purchasing an automobile. Evan, the sales guy made me feel like a celebrity! I'm extremely happy with my purchase and feel strongly that I received great value for my dollars spent. Having grown up in New Britain, I've known of Papa's since their founding in 1947 however, I never realized they were such a fine organization. Best regards, Bill Hannon
