Our salesperson was Elizabeth and she did a great job. We had a few hiccups that were not her fault. We got everything resolved with a couple of phone calls to the Sales Manager.

This is an update to my Oct. 12 review.....I changed the 3 star to a 4 star review. I had previously verbally pointed out a bumper tab (connection point) was not engaged into a clip to secure the bumper firmly in place. I was told to bring it back in when I'm in the neighborhood,,,,,which I did yesterday, I live an hour away. They were unable to accommodate me at the dealership, but the GM went out of his way to call their bumper repair person, who came out to my residence within 3 hours and resolved the issue. Kudos for the customer satisfaction approach and making me feel like a customer, not just a number.

Overall, mostly pleasant. On the positive side, salesperson (John) was very personable and pleasant. They also included a free car wash/interior cleaning and three oil changes which is appreciated. On the negative side, there was only one key fob and there did not appear to be a willingness to acquire a new one at a reduced rate. I was optimistic they would have possibly found the 2nd one, but that did not materialize. Secondly, I thought there were floormats, maybe I didn't pay close attention, but there were none when I took delivery..... maybe removed during car wash? (Speculation only on my part.) Thirdly, I had a flat tire tire the day after delivery only to find out there was no jack in the car. Maybe Pacificas don't include a jack....? I do like the vehicle and gas mileage is as advertised. This was a cash sale.

Such a smooth, quick and easy transition! Everyone at this dealership was so friendly and personable. I will always go back to Donalson to purchase vehicles! I recommend them to everyone I know who is in the market.

It was one of the best car buying experiences that I ever had everybody was nice and courteous. No haggerling, didn't take long to get the sale completed. Overall the best truck buying experience that I ever had
