Sierra Hendricks is a super star!! Her communication throughout the entire process was prompt, thorough, informative, & courteous. She was always approachable & went the extra mile to be sure all of my questions were answered. Sierra transmitted vehicle photos/videos & openly pointed out scratches on a CPO vehicle I was considering in advance of my visit. There were zero surprises. Everything was as expected when we drove 4 hours to purchase the car. The deal we agreed upon via text was exactly the deal I received in person. Sierra gave me a wonderful orientation of the vehicle, drove around with me, programmed my phone, & had my vehicle prepped perfectly. Sierra also followed up with me the next day after my purchase to be sure everything was going well. Sierra’s integrity is stellar! So impressive! Also, my entire experience at Lexus of North Miami was the absolute best car purchasing experience in my life! Everyone was so helpful & kind. I will proudly wear Lexus hat & shirt & use the Lexus cups from Sierra. I have already told several family & friends about my positive experience at Lexus of North Miami. Overall my experience at the dealership was great, this was my first time ever making a big purchase so I was completely clueless and nervous but everyone was very nice and took their time explaining the entire process. My first car was a gift from my mom when I was 16 and at the age of 28 my baby finally gave up on me so it was time. I’m happy I chose Lexus of North Miami. I also didn’t have great credit and they worked hard to make sure I got the best deal possible.
