Lexus of North Miami set a standard no other dealer could reach which is why I came back after my wonderful first lease experience with Jhan. The team was so patient, authentic, hilarious and genuinely thoughtful with me during my lease that I turned around and sent my sister there just a few days later. Anthony was an integral part as he sealed the deal with a good laugh. Yairon was incredibly hard working and surprised me with a beautiful bow and photo session. Absolutely unforgettable.
Andrew was fantastic! He helped me through the buying process and it was completely flawless… Andrew also helped me initially get into the lease on a car I absolutely love, He is patient, thorough, knowledgeable, and was attentive to every detail and question I had.

Very simple and fast process Diego the manager was great and like I told him, he is the reason why I ended up buying from Lexus. I was close to moving to another Make. Luke, Carlos and Finance Manager Ana were amazing as well. Ana made the finance process simple and fast even though we took 2cars. Carlos and Luke help negotiate and make this simple! 👍 Appreciate all the help and pricing! 10/10 I will be back!
