I’d like to express my very deepest appreciation to Chuck and Fred who literally saved my sanity yesterday. I was on a trip from Calabash to Winston Salem and driving out of my way to avoid road closures due to heavy rain when I got a tire pressure warning on my car. I had to drive approximately 25 miles before I came across a business I thought could help me. When I entered Bennettsville Honda I was distraught and scared that I could find myself on the side of the road in a strange place with a flat tire or perhaps in an accident. Chuck graciously agreed to take my car back immediately and have the tires checked while Fred assured me everything would be fine. These guys went out of their way not only to assist, but to provide comfort to someone who wasn’t even driving a Honda. Chuck returned and told me they had checked all my tires, adjusted the air, and recalibrated my system to remove the warning light which did go off after I pulled away. What great customer service!!! I was able to continue my trip without the stress and worry about my safety. I couldn’t be more pleased and grateful for their help and for their ability to calm the anxious feelings I was dealing with. May God bless them both for their willingness to help someone out on the spur of the moment and send me on my way with confidence. I will never forget their kindness and compassion.
