We went here to purchase a car. We worked with Frank and things looked like they were going well. He was keeping in touch with us via text message and we were waiting for them to get in some Honda PIlot's from Nevada. Suddenly Frank decided to quit getting a hold of us. We have not heard from him since February 20th. He missed out on a sale as we went to Metro Ford in Madison. They treated us well and got us exactly what we were looking for. I would not recommend working with this dealership. It is poor customer report to be working closely with a customer and then just completely quit contacting them.

Stay clear of this dealership. I drove 2 hours to buy a Jeep from them because the price looked good. Within 2 weeks I had Transmission fluid leaking so bad I would add a quart and it would be drained in a couple days. Oil leak. Coolant leak. Muffler fell off. Front Axel seal leaking. Trying to work with them was a joke. They wouldn't provide me with a rental if I dropped the Jeep off and came back for it. They wouldn't try to get the work done on even a Friday when I get off earlier from work. They wouldn't let a local proven used car dealer and Mechanic do the work and send me a check for repairs. Basically my only option was and I quote "you'll have to drop it off here and just wait around in Portage until we finish the work". Or drop it off and then drive back up again to pick it up. Don't buy from these people, they dont care. Don't believe the handful of "5 star" reviews on here. They probably wrote them themselves. All they care about is getting your money and moving on. Check their reviews on other sites and you will find out the truth.

I bought a 2007 Chevy Trailblazer from this dealer. Within a couple months the things that went wrong were: Dead battery Replaced wheel bearing Oil leak Severe power steering fluid leak Brake caliper Fuel filter out Transmission fluid black and about to fail altogether. When I took it in to ask if they could trade it in or buy it back they were rude, demeaning and then incredibly started yelling and swearing at me and my elderly father. We were polite but firm with them. Incredible. Never ever give these people your business. The salesman was nice and tried to be helpful the whole way but the owners are the worst people I’ve ever met.
