I had a flat tire and Sean found I had insurance and he kept my tire and had it ready and put it on for me in 2 days. When I brought the car in he put the tire on got me within 20 minutes or so.

My husband felt frustrated with negotiations (on my behalf) until Mike (General Manager) stepped in and acted reasonable. My experience was generally positive. No one told me to bring the title and lien release so I had to come back - which was annoying. I did get the owner's manual when I came back though. Ryan had it ready. I didn't even have to ask- but was planning to.
