I had the best experience purchasing my new Nissan Frontier! From start to finish, the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They listened to what I needed, made the process easy and stress-free, and got me into the perfect truck. I’ve bought cars before, but nothing compares to this experience. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for honest service and a great deal. Five stars all the way!
If I could give zero stars I would. Had a recall on my car. Scheduled a week out. Left my car on the day of appointment. Got a phone call an hour later..they did not have the parts to fix the recall. When asked why they were not ordered on the day the appointment was made. "Oh, that was a scheduler that called you. I didn't even know you were going to be here today, to be honest" Not only a waste of my time, but the time of the person that I had to have pick me up and drop me off again. Never going back to Dutch Miller for anything.
I took my Pathfinder in for 15000 mile oil change, etc., and also had the inside detailed. Dacoda Guy is the service person I usually work with and he is awesome!!!! He is always very helpful and extremely courteous. My car looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor!!!! I highly recommend Dacoda Guy and Dutch Miller Nissan.

Brought my Nissan truck in for a break job and oil change. It lasted about 6 months before I had to take it somewhere else to have it checked. Dutch Miller charged me for new rotors and brake bleed and never did either. Im having the oil filter and oil checked next, I'll leave another review if they didn't do that correctly. I will also be contacting Nissan Corporate. Please check to make sure they do the repairs that they are charging you for. I would recommend you don't go here at all. Pathetic.
My beloved Kicks was totaled earlier this month. As I've purchased my last 3 vehicles from, formerly Bill Gatton Nissan, I wanted to stay with the same dealership, obviously. Dutch Miller has wonderful salespersons on staff just like BG did. I met Brian Riddell while looking and from minute 1, he was very attentive and helpful and most importantly, NOT pushy! He showed us several different used cars allowing us to test drive our 2 favorite ones. Brian is a new employee and if he didn't have an answer to one of our questions, he would research to find it! Thankful I went to DM Nissan for my next new to me car! Thank you Brian for an amazing experience! I will be back for all my service needs on my 2015 Nissan Rogue! Brian, you ROCK!
