BJ and Billy didn't jerk me around at all and were very fair. They saved me a lot of money compared to the first shop we took the car to, who completely misdiagnosed the vehicles

I have had bad experiences at McCluskey Chevrolet in the past. I went back for service on my new car, mainly because of proximity to the dealership. I have had 2 appointments with Brandon since I got this car. He cares about my time, pays attention to detail, he's courteous. He gives me the impression that it is his responsibility to do a great job. That is rare among people his age.
