Scheduling and follow up was great. Very customer friendly and helpful. Guy who actually came and performed the oil change at my house was equally as customer friendly and he got the work done very quickly. All around great experience for my first time with McCluskey.
Every time I come to McCluskey I go to BJ Smith and tell him what my problem is he’s able to fix the problem without any headaches or be feeling like I’m spending too much money or being taken advantage of.
Okay Whenever I need work done to my vehicle, it just so happens. That's who helps me savannah, and i've got used to going to her.So now i'm just getting her line.I like how she handles the whole experience.She's very friendly, very polite.Almost makes me feel like i'm talking two one of my girlfriends.
