They both took the time to help me find the right car and went through all possibilities with me. They explained everything and made me feel comfortable. I recently had the pleasure to work with Roman Marta and Alex Loya from Springs Automotive Group in Engelwood, CO in the purchase of a used 2020 Ford F-150 Limited. I live in Streetman, TX about 100 miles south of Dallas. I found the listing thru Cargurus in the internet. Although the listing had several pictures of the truck, I ask Roman to do a walk around of the truck and see if there were any defects I needed to know about. He did a complete video around the truck and a video of him driving the truck. We struck a deal for the truck, They FedEx’d paperwork which I signed and returned, then wired money to their bank, and once received arranged transport to my house in Streetman. If I could give zero starts I would. My salesman whom was also manager. Dan Eaton, was extremely rude and condescending. He spoke to me the entire time like I was a moron. He also reeked of alcohol. He is Cleary misogynist and then has to nerve to hit on me. Never again!

Do not buy here!!! Dan Eaton the manager treated me like dirt! Total misogynist! Talked down to me like an idiot and I am very knowledgeable on vehicles then has the nerve to suggest I hook up with him after work! I have never been treated this way in my life. Stay far away.

Didn’t explain anything to me because it felt it would be over my head. Clearly a misogynist, however that did not stop him from trying to get into my pants. Worst experience I have ever had, and I am looking into pressing charges.
