Your telephone system is horrible. I found it nearly impossible to speak to anyone in service. Most of my calls went straight to voice mail. None of these messages received a return call. Two of my calls went to one of your stores in Springfield. I won't even say how I was treated there. This type of service has to be hurting your business. Everything is computer managed and when it doesn't work customers quit calling. There is no other option to talk to a person. Enough said. Fix it!
They get u in when ungetbthere and itndont take them very long to get the stuff done and the are really respectful to you

The sales person was very good and helped me learn about the truck. I like the idea of the warranty for the drive train. I have been back to answer questions about the systems. Great dealership.
