Salesman was very accommodating took time to show me what I wanted or to find out answers tough questions. A. Finance and titling although it went smoothly it still takes a lot of time, and I was paying cash. B+ First service experience for running board went very smooth coming in. Picking up the vehicle was a little unpolished. I walked in one writer was busy one was on the computer so I went to the guy on the computer and stood until he acknowledged I was there. It was a uncomfortable dead air time. He asked what I need when I told him I was there to pick up he just said go to the cashier and pointed over his shoulder. Scored a B-. Parts when I asked my salesman about trailer hitches he looked them up and then we went to the parts department with some questions. The parts guy was totally disrespectful to the salesman. Then gave me the take it or leave it attitude. C

I’ve bought two vechiles from Mitch now and he’s made it very simple and fast! Much appreciated for what he does to make it work out the best and quickly, gets straight to work and has answer faster any other place!
