Beck & Masten is a Top Notch dealership for GMC. I scheduled an Advantage oil change and tire rotation but also had a short list of other issues that needed attention. My Customer Service Representative “Gill” was spot on, timely, courteous and EXTREMELY professional. Gill mentioned that it would be a little challenging to take care of all of my “punch list” items. However at the end of the day, Gill came through like a champ. He communicated with me throughout the day and kept me informed. Beck and Masten is lucky to have this SUPERSTAR! Thanks Gill.

Please don’t make reservations so close to each other. I was there 3 hours for my oil change and tire rotation. I got there on time for 9:30 appointment. Left at 12:30. I live near Baytown so I have to wait for my car service to be completed.
