Today's visit was good. Jessica assisted me ensuring that my truck was taken care of. Explained the recommendations from the technician, and even ensured the truck was completed correctly.

I honestly didn’t feel appreciated.Finance manager didn’t go over anything with me.I saw other salesman’s interacting with their customers laughing,talking,and taking pictures! I texted finance manger and told him he didn’t tell me when my note was due he read my message and never replied,good thing i know about the truck already the salesman didn’t even walk me through everything and tell me about the truck.He gave me the keys said thank you and that was it! Then on top of that i was trying to get everything straight with my insurance and i was told the salesman was asking everyone if they have seen me when he had my number to call or text even though he had just parked the truck where i was sitting at and i told him i was doing my insurance.So no i didn’t feel welcome at all.other than that over its a good dealership its just those 2 gentlemen didn’t make me feel welcome at all.
