When I test drove the car, I felt a vibration. I told them I would not buy it unless they agreed to fix it. They did, so I bought it. I scheduled to have it fixed by their mechanic. He said he could not see anything wrong with the car. Any idiot who took it for a drive could have felt the vibration. It was returned to me with nothing fixed on it. The ignition switch was going out on it. It was replaced. The replacement did not sync with the security system, so the security light stays on all of the time now. The "slight vibration" turned into a "major shake". I had called numerous times over the last 4 months to try and get this fixed with not so much as a return phone call. I finally called repeatedly throughout the day until the secretary was told to tell me to take it to their other mechanic (who handles my warranty work). I called and told them that the repair shop had to receive a call from the salesman who agreed to pay for it being fixed or I would be charged the cost of my deductible. When I got the salesman on the line, he told me he would call because he had agreed to fix the car. He had not called by the time I carried my car in, so the shop called him. They were told that I had to pay the deductible and that they had never agreed to pay for anything. Now I am stuck with a bill for a repair that was supposed to have been fixed free of charge. Don't sign anything with these people unless ALL AGREEMENTS are in writing and on a signed contract by them including any prior damages that they SAY they will fix.
