What Others Say

Olive was great to work with and was kind and took care of my needs.

The dealership and our sales person made our experience perfect. Very helpful with our needs.

Always great, friendly, professional service. Olive Oliverson very helpful! She was always available to answer questions.

The service team here is very much on top of their game, attentively listening to me as the customer.

Had an awful experience with service at Audi SLC. If you care about your Audi, I’d recommend going somewhere else based on my experience. While my vehicle was in for service, the technician caused a significant gash in the front left tire, requiring replacement. The dealership did replace the tire, but it was not installed correctly, requiring me to return for a second visit. More concerning was the discussion around tread depth. I was told the new tire matched the existing tires at 9/32" exactly, so only one tire needed to be replaced on my AWD vehicle. Given the tires already had ~11,000 miles on them, this seemed unlikely. After the visit, I measured the tread depths myself and found a difference of about 3.5/32" between the new tire and the opposite front tire. When I raised this with the service department, they acknowledged that this difference was possible. However, since it was just within Audi’s allowable limit (4/32"), no further action would be taken. I understand that mistakes happen, but this involved multiple issues along with very inconsistent information around something that would directly affect my car's reliability. That’s especially frustrating coming from a shop that charged ~$1,400 for a diagnostic and 12V battery replacement at a $250/hour labor rate. I also want to call out that my service rep (Olive Oliverson) wasn't at fault for the issues, I'm sure she was just passing along what the tech was doing.

Very easy to deal with and always thorough. The free ride service while you wait is a nice benefit. Can’t forget to mention the free coffee is a very nice touch. It can do lattes! Would recommend to other fellow Audi owners
