This has been by far my worst experience with a service provider. Car was returned extremely dirty, oil change keeps saying it needs to be replaced, no reset of sensors. This is why I have not purchased another GMC. It is just extremely poor service and I do not want to keep having this issues.

I had a 1:00 appointment today they took my car to at 12;45 they brought it up at4:10 It was for an oil change and tire rotation I was told at cl in it would be 1:30 to 32;00 hrs. waited no concern by advisor

Oscar is a great person to represent the brand, very knowledgeable, he took the time learn what my needs were and got me into exactly what I was looking for.. I will definitely work with him in the future and make him known to everyone I know who is looking for an upgrade...
