I had to go to the service department 3 times. Waited an hour to have them tell me we have to order the part Next time install was ready, waited again for an hour to have them tell me it would be at least 6 hours to install. Had to leave with the truck again. Finally set up a day, dropped it off 8am, agreed it would be at least 6 hours, I called after 8 to see what was going on, Didn't get the truck back till the following afternoon, i was told they had to get more parts. Need better communication!!!! Thats all,

Always very efficient and prompt. It was raining and the staff brought my car into the service bay when it was done so I would not get wet.

Courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable technicians work in the service department. It is aways easy to get an appointment that fits my schedule.

Tyler was great to work with. He followed through with everything that needed to be done during and after the sale.
