Keith was great to work with at the dealership. He showed us a number of vehicles was very patient with us in regards to the number of questions and comments we had. Test drove a couple of vehicles as well. At the end of the day he worked with us on the purchase of a vehicle that hopefully will work well for us.

Keith was professionally persistent! He took his time and exercised a great deal of patience, he never became frustrated with me through the negotiation process and always went above and beyond to meet my needs, he never said "no" to any of my options and instead worked with me to think outside of the box to make things work.Keith was honest and I felt he tried his best to meet my needs and addressed all of my concerns, he was very positive and made me feel comfortabe, not a pushy salesman at all! Because I am a female some may argue that we are faced with more of a challenge when car shopping, however he never came off this way and treated me with resect.
