They have a large inventory! After viewing their inventory online I went to their business with 6 cars and suv's to look at, The crew was great! Especially Eddie Colon my sales person. Eddie was very personable, fair and as far as I am concerned went out of his way to help me days after driving the car home. Its a busy yard. Just find a to park and go in like you belong. This is my third car I buy from Better Way, granted , these are used cars as such there are issues that need to be addressed. One characteristic that makes me return is that everyone is genuinely trying to help. That is their livelihood and they know it . There are problems, there are solutions and then there is customer service, I venture to say that despite the negative feedback we be hear, their customer service is up to the challenges, I will be back to BW whenever I’m in the market for another car. Experience was alright could’ve been a little better but the salespeople try their best

When I showed up to look at a jeep a gentleman by the name of Kent handled all my questions and took the time to share information about these types of vehicles. I felt very comfortable talking with him and trusted him completely. After I purchased the vehicle, he made sure it went through a good safety inspection where they found it needed new Tie Rods and they were replaced at no cost to me as well as adding a brand-new top. I'm extremely happy with this dealer and plan to buy all my future vehicles there. It was a great experience and I hope Kent gets the recognition he deserves. Awesome person!!!
