My salesman was great. The two times I went to the dealership, once by myself and once with someone else, it was noticable that no one offered their assistance on the Mazda side. We were about 5 minutes early to my appointment, entered in with no greeting, and then sat and waited for someone but I had to call my salesman as no one offered to ask us why we were just sitting in the lobby area. What made the situation worse was the fact that a saleswoman stopped helping her customer to check on two ladies that walked in seconds before my husband and I At the Chevy side, a salesman who knew we were working with someone else even offered us water while we were waiting. The finance director and the customer support person were as pleasant to work with as my salesman. Jairon, Byron, and Marion were great and made me feel like they appreciated my business.
