Mike McDonald was a pleasure to work with. He was very communicative through the entire process and kept me informed on what was going on. Also made some suggestions on what should be looked at, rather than just doing what I asked, which I appreciated.
Despite my dissatisfaction with such an early (51K Mls) transmission failure, Jose at Eldorado Chevrolet, made this service experience better by reaching out to GM on our behalf to get assistance with this expensive & unexpected repair. My family has purchased 3 new Mazda’s from Eldorado Mazda & would this dealership for service.
